If m=0 then only harmonics at Fsw, 3*Fsw, 5*Fsw

If N=even then harmonics +/-Fac[Hz] around Fsw, 2*Fsw, 3*Fsw, ...

If N=odd then harmonics +/-2*Fac[Hz] around Fsw, 2*Fsw, 3*Fsw, ...
